Instagram soon paid platform

Instagram is testing a new option which will affect the success of the app. The new option is for paid subscriptions to view public account posts on Instagram.

Testing originally started in the US, when about 10 different creators including basketball player, astrologer, influncer will see the performance of their accounts based on this. This includes exclusive stories and live links for fans and their followers. Payment will be monthly and ranges from $ 0.99-99.99 $. While the creators will have in addition to the blue teak and a purple teak which indicates the paid creations.

The founder of Meta, the company he owns and Instagram, said: “I’m happy to create features specifically that pay creators for their creative work and put it to use for other creators.”

Instagram and Facebook are not the only apps testing this feature, and the Twitter platform has introduced a similar “Super Follows” option.
